Field Integrations Engineer

We build radar seekers in the lab. Then it hits the real world. Clients want to retrofit our sensor into entirely different autonomous platforms and weird applications. The friction happens at the interface.

A perfect sensor hits a client's undocumented, chaotic hardware architecture. Things break. You are the bridge. We need someone who can rewrite a C driver on the fly, debug dropped Ethernet packets, and read the room when a client is panicking. You solve the hard technical nightmare while managing the human one.

You own the live integration. You take our radar platform and force it to talk to the client's system. You adapt the protocols. If their controller expects a different data structure, you write the Python scripts or modify the bare-metal C and Rust to translate.

You debug in the dirt. You probe the board, decipher the client's messy PCB schematics, and sniff Ethernet packets to find the exact point of failure on the flight line.

You also own the relationship. You work tightly with the client's engineering and leadership teams. High emotional intelligence is paramount.

You keep the deployment moving and the client confident, even when the integration gets ugly and the hardware refuses to cooperate. You translate their strategic business needs into low-level code reality.

Degrees do not matter here. Show us how you integrated a complex system in the field under pressure. Show us a time you had to read a schematic, rewrite low-level firmware, and pacify an angry stakeholder all in the same afternoon.

If you just sit behind a desk and vibe-code the entire day without touching an oscilloscope, do not apply. If you lack the emotional intelligence to sit with a frustrated client and explain why their architecture is dropping packets without starting a war, do not apply. We want a track record of live, messy, successful hardware and software deployments.

This role is based in our Kyiv lab, with the possibility of moving between the Kyiv and Vilnius offices later. We move fast. The financial package includes a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance.
