THE PROBLEM SPACE

We build miniature radar seekers. You have to extract small, low-RCS drone tracks from heavy background clutter, EW interference, and motor noise. You have to run this math on severely constrained silicon. You are bound by strict compute, memory, and thermal limits. The processing loop must close in milliseconds. There is no cloud, no heavy GPU, and no room for inefficient code.

WHAT YOU OWN

You own the math and the metal. You design the radar algorithms (FMCW, CFAR, beamforming, MIMO virtual arrays) and the advanced tracking math (Kalman filters, multi-target tracking, clutter rejection). You implement this across the SoC architecture - managing the heavy lifting on FPGA and DSP accelerators and writing the bare-metal C or RTOS code for the microcontrollers. You manage the memory architecture, the DMA transfers straight from the ADCs, and the low-level peripheral drivers. You also own the data handoff, packaging clean point-clouds and track histories for our Edge ML classification models.

PROOF OF EXECUTION

Degrees do not matter here. We want to see the algorithms you have built AND physically deployed on embedded hardware. If you only simulate perfect radar returns in MATLAB and have never managed a memory buffer or a DMA transfer, do not apply. Show us how you squeezed complex tracking math into a constrained chip (FPGA, RFSoC, or MCU) without blowing up the latency. We expect you to take raw field data on a Tuesday, rewrite the algorithm, and flash a new firmware image to the seeker on a Thursday.

OPERATING BASELINE

You must work in our Kyiv lab every day. We go from the bench to field testing in days, not months. The financial package includes a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We cover all logistics and remove all friction so you can focus 100% on building hardware.
