Founding Hardware Engineer
We build miniature radar seekers. The physical space is tiny. You must fit high-frequency RF, high-speed digital lines, and dense power regulation onto a single board. If your digital noise bleeds into the analog front-end, the radar goes blind. You have to solve thermal density, EMI, and strict physical constraints simultaneously.
The physical board is yours from schematic to bench bring-up. You select the components based on what is actually in stock right now. We can't wait 10 weeks for a PMIC. You design the multi-layer stackup and calculate the impedance. You route the RF traces, the high-speed digital lines, and the power delivery network. You define the via stitching, RF cans, and grounding. You align board outlines and thermals directly with the mechanical engineer. When the bare board arrives, you boot it in the lab and debug it with a scope and a soldering iron.
Degrees do not matter here. Show us the most complex high-density board you have built and brought to life. We want to see how you placed RF components next to digital processors and kept the signal clean. If you have only built a few boards in your career and simulated the rest, do not apply. If you use auto-routers, outsource your layout, or do not know how to probe your own board, do not apply. We optimize for speed. Show us how you cut the time from schematic to fabrication, and how fast you can spin a new revision when things break.
You must work in our Kyiv lab every day. We go from the bench to field testing in days, not months. The financial package includes a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We cover all logistics and remove all friction so you can focus 100% on building hardware.
