Founding Operations Lead

We are building a defense hardware startup in Kyiv. There are only two jobs here: building the radars, and building the company that builds the radars. You are doing the second one. The operational reality of running this is a nightmare of logistics, cross-border legal frameworks, and broken supply chains. We operate a Lithuanian TopCo and a Ukrainian subsidiary. Right now, our momentum is bottlenecked by blocked vendor accounts, complex hardware sourcing, and the sheer administrative weight of scaling a physical lab in a wartime environment. If the operations fail, the engineering stops.

You build the organization and clear the path.

• —Supply Chain & Procurement: You source hard-to-find chips, chase vendors to recover components and unblock denied Digikey business accounts. You manage PCB delivery from the prod to the lab.
• —Legal & Finance: You set up the comms with our accountants & lawyers.
• —HR & Scaling: You manage work visas and handle critical military exemptions for our team.
• —Lab Infrastructure: You negotiate express shipping contracts with DHL, Nova Post, FedEx, and UPS and buy the laptops for our test rigs.

We do not want a corporate project manager with an MBA. We want a fixer. Show us how you stood up physical operations in a chaotic environment. If your idea of operations is just updating Jira tickets and scheduling Zoom calls, you will fail here. We need someone who can negotiate a commercial lease, source an obscure radar chip, and close a consulting agreement by the end of the day. Show us how you fought bureaucracy and won.

You must work in our Kyiv lab every day. We provide a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We give you the capital and the absolute authority to solve problems instantly.
