We are scaling Valkyrie Dynamics. We build miniature radar seekers for interceptor drones.
The hardware is working in the field. We are now expanding the core team.
We are hiring a Jr/Mid Mechanical Engineer [Kyiv].
You will design and build the enclosures and mounts that put our electronics onto drones. We expect fast iteration and a drive to turn CAD into parts you can hold.
What you will do:
- CAD & Design: Model enclosures, brackets, and mounts and prepare them for manufacturing.
- Prototyping: Drive parts from model to physical hardware using 3D printing and basic machining.
- Integration: Manage the physical boundary where the PCB, battery, and airframe meet.
- Abstract Thinking: Solve problems rapidly and reason about system-level mechanical architecture.
- Mentorship & Growth: Be highly coachable. You will work directly under our Senior Mechanical Engineer to absorb design-for-manufacturing and ruggedization techniques.
What we expect:
- A formal Mechanical Engineering university degree OR a proven track record of shipping real, manufactured parts in a commercial setting.
