We are scaling Valkyrie Dynamics. We build miniature radar seekers for interceptor drones.
The hardware is working in the field. We are now expanding the core team.
We are hiring a Jr/Mid ML Engineer [Kyiv].
You will build the data and training machinery behind our target-detection models. We expect fast iteration and a drive to get models out of the notebook and onto the drone.
What you will do:
- Training & Evaluation: Train, evaluate, and iterate on detection and classification models against real radar data.
- Data Pipelines: Build the tooling to ingest, clean, and label field recordings at scale.
- Edge Deployment: Convert and optimize models with quantization and pruning to run on embedded compute.
- Abstract Thinking: Solve problems rapidly and think abstractly about the full sensing-to-decision system.
- Mentorship & Growth: Be highly coachable. You will work directly under our Senior ML Engineer to absorb deployment and optimization techniques.
What we expect:
- A formal CS, EE, or Math university degree OR a proven track record of shipping real ML models into production.
