Valkyrie Dynamics builds miniature radar seekers for drones.
The hardware operates in the field. We are now increasing the size of the core team.
We're looking for a Jr/Mid Radar DSP Engineer [Kyiv].
You build and tune the signal processing that makes detections from radar returns. You test each change against recorded data.
What you will do:
- Write and tune the range-Doppler, filter and detection functions.
- Move the functions to an embedded DSP and an FPGA. Make them operate quickly.
- Use recorded radar data to validate the signal chain and to improve it.
- Solve problems quickly. Think about the full radar signal chain.
- Learn from the Senior DSP Engineer. You work with this engineer directly on radar and real-time techniques.
What we expect:
- You have a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics. Alternatively, you have shipped commercial DSP or radar algorithms.
