Valkyrie Dynamics builds miniature radar seekers for drones.

The hardware operates in the field. We are now increasing the size of the core team.

We're looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Lead [Kyiv].

You increase the speed of the engineering team. You are responsible for the Kyiv laboratory.

A missing component, a customs delay or a facility fault must not stop the team.

What you will do:

Order the components immediately after engineering gives you a specification. This includes boards, microcontrollers and mechanical parts.
Track each international shipment. Prepare the import declarations and move critical hardware through Ukrainian customs without delay.
Receive the hardware and deliver it directly to the bench of the engineer who ordered it.
Keep the laboratory operational. Maintain the network, the 3D printers, the desks, the monitors and the power supply. Manage the landlord, the internet providers and the service suppliers.
Manage the contractor payments, the receipts and the laboratory accounts. Arrange the relocation of international engineers to Kyiv.

You speak Ukrainian and English. You communicate with local government offices and with an international engineering team each day.
You are persistent. You continue until a delayed shipment moves.
You are organized. You use tracking systems, spreadsheets and checklists, and you work well at speed.
You have experience in logistics, supply chain or technical office management. Experience with hardware, electronics or defense procurement is an advantage.
