Everyone tells us who we need to hire next. They hand us a standard corporate org chart and say we need this role or that title.

We do not care about standard org charts, and we do not pretend to have all the answers.

We are building miniature radar seekers at war speed, and we do not know every bottleneck we are going to hit next month. If you see a gap we are blind to, or if you are an outlier who does not fit our current listings, pitch us.

You define the problem and you own the execution.

• —Maybe you are a physicist who knows a faster way to model multipath clutter.
• —Maybe you are a supply chain fixer who can source impossible RF silicon in 48 hours.
• —Maybe you build custom flight-test drones from scratch.

Do not send us a generic resume asking where you fit. Tell us what is broken, how you are going to fix it, and how you will make this company move twice as fast in ways we have not thought of yet.

Degrees and titles do not matter. Show us the hardest, weirdest things you have built, fixed, or shipped with your own hands. If you need a clean job description and a manager to tell you what to do every morning, do not apply. Show us raw proof of what you can do, and tell us exactly what you will build in your first 30 days in the lab.

You must work in our Kyiv / Vilnius lab every day. We go from design to working hardware in days, not months. The financial package includes a top-of-market base salary, equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We cover all logistics and remove all friction so you can focus 100% on building.
