We are scaling Valkyrie Dynamics. We build miniature radar seekers for interceptor drones.
The hardware is working in the field. We are now expanding the core team.
We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer [Kyiv].
You will own the physical product. You will own how the seeker survives launch, vibration, and high-G flight while staying light enough to fly. We expect designs that are manufacturable on day one and on the test range by the end of the week.
What you will do:
- Own the mechanical design of the seeker, from enclosure to airframe mounting, under brutal weight and space limits.
- Engineer for high-G shock, vibration, and heat so the electronics survive the launch and the flight, not just the bench.
- Drive down part count and cost by designing for the machines and processes we actually have, and for mass production.
- Turn a CAD model into a held part in days with in-house 3D printing and machining, then iterate straight from field results.
