We are scaling Valkyrie Dynamics. We build miniature radar seekers for interceptor drones.
The hardware is working in the field. We are now expanding the core team.
We are hiring a Senior ML Engineer [Kyiv].
You will be the brain of the seeker. You will own the detection and tracking stack that turns raw radar returns into target locks the rest of the system can trust. We expect models that run on tiny compute and decisions made in milliseconds.
What you will do:
- Own the full pipeline from raw radar returns to a confirmed target lock, holding detection and tracking together through heavy clutter.
- Squeeze models onto embedded compute with quantization and pruning until inference runs in real time on the seeker, not in a datacenter.
- Build the data engine that captures, labels, and curates field recordings so every flight makes the next model better.
- Draw the line between machine learning and classical signal processing, and back it with field results instead of benchmarks.
