Valkyrie Dynamics builds miniature radar seekers for drones.
The hardware operates in the field. We are now increasing the size of the core team.
We're looking for a Senior Radar DSP Engineer [Kyiv].
You own the full signal chain. This includes the waveforms, the range-Doppler processing, and the rejection of clutter and interference.
Your code must operate in real time on a small processor.
What you will do:
- Own the radar signal chain from the waveform design to the detection output.
- Fit the signal chain on an embedded DSP and an FPGA. It must operate in real time at low power.
- Write the CFAR, tracking and interference-rejection functions. They must hold a track in a environment with much clutter.
- Tune the front end together with the RF engineer and the antenna engineer.
